ABOUT ME

I’m a Portland native who whole heartedly believes in the power that health and fitness has on changing peoples’ lives. To me, being a Personal Trainer means unlocking the client’s potential through education, support and accountability. Everyone deserves the opportunity to invest in themselves and I’m passionate about providing them a platform to do so.

 
I am not a trainer who recommends diets and quick fixes, but rather offers my experiences and certified knowledge in helping you make sustainable changes.

BEHIND THE NAME

InsideOut is a brand that encompasses whole body fitness and wellness, focusing on exercise, nutrition and a healthy relationship with your body. InsideOut believes in order to achieve your goals on the outside, your insides need to be shown love. When you embark on your fitness journey, you will begin to notice changes happening on the inside well before you see any physical differences.

 
Teaching your mind to believe your body can do it is half of the battle; and together we will accomplish confidence from the inside-out.

VIVE FITNESS

I provide 1-on-1 personal training and buddy sessions out of a private gym in NE Portland. I have a strong belief in the power of weight training; it not only allows us to have healthy muscles, bones and joints, but I believe it gives us a sense of self confidence like nothing else.

MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Confidence doesn’t just come through approving of your physical appearance; it comes from investing in your health everyday and pushing harder towards your goals than you ever thought was possible.

Don’t overcomplicate what fitness means; it is personal for every individual. Simply eat food that nourishes your body, treat yourself occasionally to food that keeps your mind sane and your tastebuds happy, and get sweaty everyday.

To me, training hard and eating nourishing food with the occasional treat allows me to live my happiest life, in and out of the gym. It teaches me discipline and teaches me to never give up on myself and that is empowering.
