“I can't say enough good things about Chloe.
I've been working with Chloe since October 2019 and together we've weathered a variety of life experiences. When we first met, increasing power, strength and muscle mass and decreasing body fat were my primary goals.
Chloe helped me make meaningful progress towards these goals by doing informal check-ins with me on a weekly basis, taking weekly progress pictures, and structuring workout regimens to be increasingly more challenging.
After only a few months of working together, I learned I was pregnant and Chloe quickly adapted to my new primary goal of having a healthy, strong pregnancy. She knows all of the pregnancy do's and don'ts and has struck the perfect balance between challenging me and letting me take it easy where the physical and mental demands of pregnancy so dictate.
A few months later, another curveball was thrown with the COVID-19 crisis and, yet again, Chloe was able to quickly adapt to a remote, app-based training system. Despite the physical distance separating us, I've felt just as supported, thanks to Chloe's adept use of a variety of technologies.
I look forward to continuing to work with Chloe as I progress through these next phases of my pregnancy and, eventually, the post-natal body recovery. I know Chloe will inspire me to make my mental and physical fitness a priority post-baby, and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the years to come.
