WHY ME?

I cater to all of the differences between each individual during our training sessions. I take into consideration where you are at on your fitness journey, past and present injuries, and your goals to create a program designed solely for you. I focus on creating an individualized program that helps you build your body in a way that is healthy, moves properly and pain free, and makes you feel confident.

When you select me as your trainer, it is a trust that I promise will not be misplaced. I will guide you through all it takes for you to reach your self love, nutrition, and exercise goals. I am not a trainer who recommends diets and quick fixes, but rather offers my experiences and certified knowledge in helping you make sustainable changes. I am not a trainer who lets you forego building a strong foundation for your body to build upon because you want quick results. I ask that you trust myself and the process. Results are guaranteed when you put the work in, and you will have also built a body with a strong foundation that can endure all of the new challenges as you get stronger.

Training with me means that you will be pushed further than you ever thought you could go. Of course I take safety and training levels into consideration, but giving up isn’t an option. I believe the magic happens when you push with that last little bit that you didn’t know you had in you. Teaching your mind to believe your body can do it is half of the battle; and together we will accomplish confidence from the inside-out.

As your personal trainer, I will be your biggest cheerleader throughout all of our sessions and will be available for support outside of them as well. I will believe in you if you start to doubt yourself and I will be there to help you reach your goals. Together, we will never give up.
